The 12" x 14" Medium Blade Peel (6412) is an aluminum pizza peel with a blade that is fourteen inches (35.6 cm) wide by twelve inches (30.5 cm) tall. Pizza peels are paddles used to place pizza in or remove it from a hot oven without having to reach too far in. Expertly constructed by American Metalcraft, this peel features a rectangular, aluminum blade and a 50 inch (127 cm) solid wood handle that make this peel perfect for conveyer ovens and even the deepest of commercial pizza ovens.
