These Fast Flight Plus Flemish twist bow strings are 18 strands in 3-bundle style construction for the optimum thickness and proper nock fit. Measure the bow string you have and round up to the nearest full inch. These strings will stretch a small amount as they are broken or shot in. If you do not know the length of your bow string a good rule of thumb is that longbow will take a string 3" shorter than they are marked and a recurve takes a 4" shorter bow string. For example, if your bow is a recurve type and is marked AMO 60", a 56" - 57" bow string should fit.
