Originally made under the name of Multi-Elmac this remote is now manufactured by Linear Corporation. The new design replaces the older square corner version and is part number MSC308911 that controls one Multi-Code or compatible code switch type garage door opener or gate radio receiver on 300MHz with 10 DIP on/off type code switches. The Multi-Code 3089 remote is a very popular remote used with automatic gate system for apartments and gated communities as well as older garage door openers. This is a brand new item that comes from the manufacturer as a dealer bulk purchase pack and are individually wrapped in a plastic bag (no box) and include visor clip, battery (installed) and programming instructions.
