Connect the positive and negative pole of laser tube and power supply, and insulate it properly. 2. Connect the inlet and outlet of the laser tube. 3. Turn on the water circulation, so that the cooling water through the entire water line, avoid air bubbles, otherwise there is a risk of burst pipes. 4. Start inching, the laser tube emit laser light, adjust the position of the laser tube so that the spot hit in the middle of the reflective mirror. 5. If the light path is not correct, adjust the position of the laser lens until light path adjustment is complete. 6. When the laser tube is first used, generally adjust 50%-60% of the power to work (can be adjusted according to the actual use of the situation). RECI Laser Tube Light Problems Self-checking First of all, please open the back cover to check the laser light, the normal light color is light pink. If there are no issues with the light, but the processing effect is not ideal, please check the following aspects: A. The output lens of the laser head is contaminated, please gently wipe with anhydrous alcohol. B. Laser lens is contaminated, including 3 pieces of reflective mirrors and 1 piece of focus lens, please wipe with anhydrous alcohol or replace them. C. The optical path is not adjusted well, the light does not shoot out from the laser head or the optical path is not perpendicular, please adjust the optical path again. D. Laser power supply is damaged, although the laser tube is bright but weak, please adjust to the maximum light intensity, such as the ammeter value only shows below 10mA, the power supply is damaged, please replace the power supply. E. Cooling system problems, water circulation is too slow, the laser temperature is too high, resulting in poor cooling effect, check the entire water circuit is not blocked (water pipe folding), the water pump or water chiller is damaged or not, please repair in time!

• The W series (W1,W2,W4,W6,W8 ) can replace the old model S series (S1,S2,S4,S6 S8) tube well.
• We insure the tube when ship, if there is any broken in transport, we will send the new one again depend on the broken photos and damage report from courier.
• It's better to work with compatible power supply. Our suggestion is that W1 works with DY10,W2 works with DY13;W4/W6/W8 works with DY20.
